To create an account, simply click "Sign Up" and follow the steps to fill in the required information.
Once you have completed your registration, enter your e-mail and password in the login form at the top of the page.
Log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section to view all of your previous orders.
To change your account details, send us the new information at info@earthmarbles.gr or use the contact form. Be sure to mention your VAT number and the name of your business.

Purchasing from Earth Marbles
While browsing our e-shop, you can add products to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart" under the product you're interested in. Once you've completed your selections, click "Checkout." Then, select your preferred payment method and click "Place Order" to complete the process.
Alternatively, you can send your order with your details to info@earthmarbles.gr.
The availability of our products is constantly updated in real time with our warehouses.
You can pay for your order by choosing one of the following methods:
Payment by credit/debit card
Bank transfer
Cash on delivery
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a summary of your purchase and a unique order number.
If you don't see the email, please check the following:
- Ensure that the email address you used matches the one registered in your account.
- Check your spam folder.
Ensure that your order was successfully submitted and is not still in your cart.
For card payments, ensure that the transaction was successfully completed.

You can pick up your order/products from Earth Shop warehouses, by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please email us at info@earthmarbles.gr.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order from Earth Shop at 141 Meg. Alexandrou, Athens, 11854 (once it opens) or from Earth Marbles at 83-85 Irini Avenue, by appointment. To schedule, please email us at info@earthmarbles.gr.

Orders in Progress
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS or Viber. If you're using Viber, the message will appear in the Business Inbox.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can modify the shipping address by contacting us.
If you choose "deposit" as your payment method, your order will be automatically canceled by our system if the deposit is not completed within 10 business days. If payment is made after this time frame, the products you selected may no longer be available. In this case, we will contact you to find the best solution for updating your order.
