Once the deposit is completed, please send the deposit proof to our email for the prompt processing of your order.

Product Return Rights
The customer has the right to return the products they purchased within 14 days from the day of receipt, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws. This right applies to products that have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging.

In order for a product return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be accompanied by all original accessories, documents (e.g. warranty, user instructions), and proof of purchase.
The product’s packaging must be intact, without damage.
Exceptions to the Return Policy

Replacement of Defective Products
